Although my introduction fees start from 10%, I don’t compromise on quality.

- Initial CV Screening
- Telephone/ Skype Interviews at candidate friendly times
- Recruiting for attitude and cultural fit as well as technical skill & experience
- Details of shortlisted candidates presented to client
- Providing additional selection tools if requested
- Managing the offer process
- Providing feedback to candidates
Candidates
I work with you every step of the way from initial briefing right through to management of the final offer. My unique approach allows me to work around your availability, with evening or weekend interviews (online or face to face). I understand interviews are a 2-way street and you need to feel comfortable to invest your time to find your next career move. If the culture or the chemistry doesn’t fit then I won’t waste your time.
